Happy 4th!!

I hope everyone had a safe and wonderful 4th of July! At work on Friday we had a potluck lunch, for those lake people it reminded of me our cover dishes very fitting for the holiday weekend. It was delicious and guess what, I didn't make the dessert!??!!? I know how weird is that. Two other people brought desserts so I decided to venture out and brought a salad and cheddar biscuits, the main dish was fried chicken thanks to KFC. Here are my co-workers in Iwakuni!

    Did you make the salad and biscuits...the biscuits are baking so it is almost dessert.

    I did! I actually looked up a salad recipe - how sad is that?? hahaha. It came out good though! The biscuits were delicious - I put the leftovers in the freezer :)
